Notice of Unscheduled Vacancies

This notice must be posted in the Office of the City Clerk and on the City’s website at

not earlier than 20 days before or not later than 20 days after the vacancy occurs.  Final appointment

shall not be made by the City Council for at least 10 working days after the posting of this notice

in the City Clerk's office pursuant to Gov. Code §54974.(a).
