Per City Council direction, we are limited to one meeting per month through June. The meeting in May will be on the 12th. Due to protocols established under the Governor's Executive Orders for COVID 19 community response, these meetings will be held via an online format.

Members of the public who wish to participate in public comments are encouraged to register in advance of the hearing by emailing Zoning@chicoca.gov. Zoning Administrator

Zoning Administrator hearings are scheduled the second and fourth Tuesdays at 3:00 p.m. in the Engineering Conference Room, Second Floor, 411 Main Street. Agendas are posted on the first and third Thursdays of the month, five days prior to the meeting. In addition the Zoning Administrator may call for special meetings which will be posted when scheduled.
